As a part of Paramount Pictures 2021 Summer release of Snake Eyes the movie Adam designed several neon illustrations to be used on a small line of merch for a give away at Complexland 2021.
These pieces were only available through the 3 day online festival.
Adam and Scrapyard NYC, the iconic graffiti shop in lower Manhattan, partnered and released a limited edition gift box with T-shirts, hoodies, bandanas and tote bags. The gift boxes sold out! Adam and 40 other artists were approached by 1XRun to celebrate Bicycle Day 2021 and the 78th discover of LSD with a blotter print run. Adam chose the Cheshire Cat as his model for his eye popping design.

On April 2nd in the face of Covid 19 Adam will had an online opening with 212 Arts Gallery in Manhattan showing 21 new works on paper. The shows title First Folio leads us into the intent of the show; to explore the transition of language from Shakespeare to todays modern lingua franca Emoji.
Due to a full NYC shut down the opening was virtual. Despite all the strife to complete thew show on time and to be able to display online in a 3D navigated walk through experience the night was a smash. 80% of the show sold in 3 hours. More background a details in Adams Medium article.

Hiero Veiga and Thomas Evans are traveling nationwide collaborating with black, brown and supporting ally artists to paint murals focused on black and brown victims of police brutality such as George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and many others. Eventually, they would like to assist other noteworthy individuals respective to their communities in amplifying their voices. This may include activists, community leaders, and victims of violence and oppression.
Spray Their Name considers it is necessary to give a voice to individuals who have been shut out, oppressed, and silenced. Black lives, voices, and leaders matter- our duty is to honor those who lives have been wrongly taken through excessive police brutality.

Supporting our Essential Healthcare workers in NYC is very important to Adam. He was proud to partner with Indiewalls to create this banner and a supporting print as well. The banner was installed in late April in front of Maimonides Medical Center in Sunset Park Brooklyn and 300 free prints were handed off to the workers. More info and images coming soon.

Muros contacted Adam about collaborating on a mural project by Square in Atlanta and Pittsburgh celebrating small business owners and entreprenuers. Adam was excited to paint in Pittsburgh in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood.

Live painted 100 bottles of Cartier Carat perfume at the Cartier SOHO Pop UP for a private influencers party. Guests were offered several interventions in the party including Adam’s customizing station. Guests got what ever they wanted inscribed on the bottle. Prior to the event Adam dusted the 100 bottles with spray paint at his Brooklyn studio. The bottle was a part of a gift bag for all the guests.
Adam was so thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with Shake Shack a true NYC institution. To celebrate the opening of their Williamsburg store Adam reimagined their iconic burger logo and made it a bit more melty! These bags were a free give away to the first 1000 people that visited the store.

Adidas Running asked Adam to bring their iconic Ultraboost to a laser neon place. Adam worked on this pair on the road during the holidays of 2018 and the end results were shot by Vince Sirico @vincesirico back in Brooklyn. The energy runners need to muster to run long and hard was the inspiration for Adams design.
Adam showed the original painting in October of 2018 at Fillin Global’s Art Night group show in Soho. This print is a collaboration with Teddy Kelly. Known for his design work Teddy also is a print making maniac. The pieces are 18”x 24” on velvet acid free cotton paper. All archival inks. Hand signed, numbered and embossed. Adam was beyond thrilled to partner with his Brooklyn Nets. The team had just moved into a new 70,000 square foot facility at Industry City in Gowanus Brooklyn. Adam got to paint 3 murals and one piece on a found vintage basketball backboard. Two neon murals and one “tag wall” of all the neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Bradford Devins for Owley ( @ow.ley ) was there to capture every moment on film.
Adam had the opportunity to do a live painting event at Coach SOHO NYC customizing shirts for customers as part of Coach Live events in 2018. This was a project with Fillin Global.

Adam did the Iridescent Pascals for his wife Jane, with the dripping neon rising up, complimenting her positive energy. Newborn Auburns for the baby with the misty over spray. The Delaney Zebra Print for the Paloma, the classic boot ramped up and made highly vibrant like Palomas personality. And then Rakims for Adam. He wanted to make a commentary on gun violence in NYC today. 257 shootings in 2018 and while this may be lower than its been in decades is still not enough. What does it take to have 0 shootings in a year?

Adam is a long time cyclist. Growing up on the long roads and mountain bike trails of Northern California. So when Brompton called and offered a project involving live painting a canvas and a bike at the same time Adam asked “ where do I sign up? “ Life and cycling is not about the ride but about the journey. He wanted his bike to reflect that. Lots of over spray and small highlights of type in Adam Fu signature pink and blue. Both the bike and the canvas were on display at Brompton Junction in SOHO for September of 2018.
Gov Ball 2018 Adam painted 2 16’ murals to be seen over the festival weekend. He was super hyped to be invited to the party and hopes to return next year! Both pieces for sale on Adams store.

The famous New Orleans saying brought to life in Brooklyn New York. This piece was commissioned and painted at Heavy Woods bar and restaurant in Bushwick Brooklyn.
Collaborative piece with Annica Lydenberg aka @dirtybandits. Adam had the pleasure to paint with Annica whom used to share a studio with Adam. They were aligned in their outrage with the state of affairs with the US Government and Trump. The mood was apparent and the two artists and friends wanted to comment on it. Painted in the summer of 2017 at the Dodsworth Mural Festival in Brooklyn New York. This was painted right around the time that Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that DACA would be suspended. A groundswell of support came out for the 800,000 plus of our neighbors who live in America and came by no fault of there own.
I truly believe that if we can can just start to manifest more Empathy that we will be able to accomplish anything. Currently it seems in general all industries could use a little more kindness and understanding. I hope to push the "broken" or "burnt out" letters more in 2018
